Built a cross-platform ERP application (Android, iOS, Website) with a single integrated API for CV Makanan Segala Acara. Developed alongside 1 other programmer and launched to 268 employees across all branches after testing with branch stakeholders.

Development Stages

End-to-end process from requirements analysis to post-launch maintenance across all branches.

01 Requirements Analysis — Analyzing system requirements based on intensive discussions with the entire team involved, from management, branch heads, to operational staff.

02 Timeline Definition — Creating and setting a realistic system development timeline according to the scope and team capacity.

03 Mobile Development (iOS & Android) — Building a mobile application using React Native that runs on both iOS and Android platforms from a single codebase.

04 Website Development — Building a web-based dashboard application using React to be used by Admins and Owners from a browser.

05 Deployment to VPS — Deploying the entire platform (mobile build + web + API backend) using a VPS with Nginx configuration and a production environment.

06 Maintenance & Fixes — Maintaining and fixing the system post-launch: monitoring bugs, updating features, and optimizing performance based on employee feedback.

Pre-Launch Testing

Before launching to all 268 employees, small-scale testing was conducted with branch stakeholder heads as representative user testers. Feedback from these sessions served as the basis for final improvements before full rollout to all CV Makanan Segala Acara branches.
